Our corporate headshots are natural and approachable. They can be photographed in our studio, or your office conference room so you and your employees don’t have to leave the building. Subjects get to choose their image immediately after the session, ensuring every employee has a professional headshot they’re happy with.

A headshot is a photograph of one’s head and shoulders, with the main focus of the image being the face. Headshot photos often feature a solid or neutral background and can be cropped vertically or horizontally.

About 80% of our clients choose white, but we also have solid black, for a more formal, dramatic look, as well as several tones of grey.
If you want something more environmental, GVI can also photograph you and your team inside your office, with your workspace as the background, or on location outdoors.

MAKEUP & HAIR (I know, I know...you don't need it. But you do!)
Makeup for both women and men is available for only $250. You can also add hairstyling/grooming for $100 in addition to the makeup fee.*

To help all your employees look their best, an on-site professional hair and makeup artist can provide a quick touch up before they get in front of the camera.
I work with an incredibly talented team of makeup artists. They'll help take your headshots to the next level. The makeup artist will stay for the duration of your session and make sure you look amazing from look to look. They'll step in to fix stray hairs, do touch-ups, and make sure you're on your A-game. Why should you be the one stressing the small stuff? You're a Star! They also understand my lighting, retouching techniques, and how to apply makeup and style hair to get the best results from each.
Note: The makeup artist’s fee is separate and paid directly to her. She accepts cash and payments through Zelle and Venmo. Also note that we are not a hair salon so services such as blowouts, washing your hair, adding extensions will not be provided by the makeup artist.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY (You need your pictures yesterday.)
For most sessions, you'll receive access to your images within 3-4 days after your shoot date.
But if you need your images even faster (ex. you have a super important audition coming up), I offer both a 2-Day Express Delivery option for only $125 and a 24-Hour Next Day Delivery for $250.
Depending on the delivery option you choose, you'll receive your proofs 1-2 days after your session and retouching for the images included in your package will be completed in 1-2 days from the time I receive your selections.
Pricing applies to individual sessions only. Expedited delivery pricing for corporate group sessions varies and is provided along with the quote for the project.
